Peacocks

I love Peacocks.

When I was a little girl,
one of my friends
lived in a part of town
where Peacocks would
walk across their yards
and along the roof tops.

I would never believe her
when she told me about it.
Until one day,
while I was playing at her house,
I saw it with my own two eyes...
A Peacocks running across the yard.
