I finally (successfully) made Pizza.
After many many tries,
I found the right recipe for pizza dough....
not to thick, not to thin, just right.
Dough ingredients:
3/4 cup and 1/2 cup separated unbleached white flour
1 package rapid rise yeast
1/2 tsp fine grain sea salt
1/2 cup very hot water
extra white flour for dusting
1/8 cup semolina flour for bottom of crust
The toppings were:
Basil Pesto
Mozzarella
Grilled Chicken
Bacon
Sliced Tomatoes
Ricotta Cheese

You know,I'm expecting you to make this Pizza when you come home. Yes, I said come home...it's always more of a home when you're here. It would be nice if Micah were coming with you. I Love You Both!!!
