Affogato

I had
for
dinner
last night...


So
amazingly
delicious!

2 cups ice cream (any flavor...I used Chocolate Peanut Butter Swirl)
1/2 cup Moka brewed espresso


1. Brew the espresso in a Moka brewer according to traditional Moka directions.
2. Pour the espresso over 1 cup of ice cream.
3. And then swoon from the deliciousness!
